Refreshment posts & Sponges
The official refreshment posts are located at km : 5 - 10 - 15 - 20 - 25 - 30 - 35 and 40. They are indicated on the course map. The organizers make available to competitors the following products: - Water
- Isotonic drink
- Fruits
- Sugar
Personnal refreshments (marathon only), carrying a sticker with the runner's number and the refreshment station (in km) can be left at the entrance to the Bellerive swimming pool on Sunday October 25th between 9 and 9.15 a.m. Spongies - first aid - controls: More available than the refreshment posts, they are also marked on the course map.
